6-Basis of Sale
No order submitted by the purchaser shall be deemed to be accepted by Rayane Bacha unless and until confirmed in writing by Rayane Bacha. In certain instances, Rayane Bacha reserves the right to partially confirm the order.
No order which has been confirmed by Rayane Bacha may be cancelled by the purchaser except with the agreement in writing of Rayane Bacha and on terms that the purchaser shall indemnify Rayane Bacha against all losses, costs, damages, charges and expenses incurred by Rayane Bacha as a result of such cancellation. The amount of such indemnity shall not be less than 20% of the whole value of the products referred to in the cancellation excluding any potential discounts that may have been agreed to by Rayane Bacha.
7-Terms of Payment and Delivery
100% of the total price of the products shall be paid by the purchaser immediately upon confirmation of the order by Rayane Bacha.
Payment of the price shall be made by credit/debit
card or using other methods set forth in the related section of the website.
Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate and Rayane Bacha shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
Shipping and delivery costs are free of charge.
8-Changes in Products and Pricing
We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of products, and we may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing for the products is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, errors in advertisements, and other circumstances.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
NB: customs are not included in the shipping fee.
Return Policy
Once you have received your purchase, you can try them on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect the package from your home or an alternative address for free if you are located in Lebanon. For other countries, the customer will handle the shipping or other transportation fees, taxes, duties and other charges which may be applicable to the return.
We do not return refunds in cash, only in store credit to your account. We shall have no liability whatsoever towards you other than provide in store credit to your account. Please keep in mind that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate, they vary depending on the screen and pixels.

The tag identifying the product must still be attached to the product and the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or instruction manuals.
