Shipping and Delivery

- For Ready-To-Wear: Your order will be shipped within 10 - 15 working days* from the order date.

- For Casualwear: Your order will be shipped within 6 - 8 working days* from the order date.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 working days* of its ship date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Once you have received your purchase, you can try them on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return*. We will collect the package from your home or an alternative address for free if you are located in Lebanon. For other countries, the customer will handle the shipping or other transportation fees, taxes, duties and other charges which may be applicable to the return.

*We do not return refunds in cash, only in store credit to your account. We shall have no liability whatsoever towards you other than provide in store credit to your account. Please keep in mind that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

All items on Sale or discounted are not subject to exchanges or returns.

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate, they vary depending on the screen and pixels.

Please make sure your products are returned new, unused and in the same condition as received. The tag identifying the product must still be attached to the product and the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or instruction manuals.
