RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return and Exchange Policy
Should you wish to return or exchange your order, you must submit your request within 7 days of the delivery date (as shown by the courier tracking).
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as sizing issues, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
Return shipping and any related fees (shipping, transportation, duties, taxes, and other charges) are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Store Credit Only
Approved returns are issued as store credit to your Rayane Bacha account only.
We do not offer refunds to cash or the original payment method. Our sole obligation in relation to approved returns is the issuance of store credit.
Please note: Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. In some cases, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items

Items purchased using a Rayane Bacha Gift Card
Return Eligibility Conditions
Returned items must be:

New, unused, and in the exact condition received

With all tags still attached

Returned in the original packaging, including any accessories (if applicable)
If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return and we will have no obligation to issue store credit.
Color Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be completely accurate, as screen settings may vary.
