RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return and Exchange Policy
Should you wish to return or exchange your order, you must submit your request within 7 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the courier's tracking information.
Exchanges: You may exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability.
Returns: If you prefer not to exchange your item, you may return it for store credit only, valid for one year from the date of issuance.
All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made and made-to-measure pieces, including items produced to individual measurements or personalized specifications, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale & Discounted Items
All sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be used toward future purchases on our website.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping and any associated fees, including transportation, customs duties, taxes, and other charges, are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility Conditions
Returned items must be:

With all tags still attached

Returned in the original packaging, including any accessories (if applicable)
If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return and we will have no obligation to issue store credit.
Color Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be completely accurate, as screen settings may vary.
